Medical Refills

You may request a medication refill by calling the office or online via patient’s portal. By registering with Patient portal, you can request medication refill and lab or imaging report or request for new appointment.

Please allow us 48-72 hours to fulfill your request. Please note that most medications cannot be renewed if we have not seen you in more than 3 months. Most of the medications that we prescribe are required close mentoring of internal organ systems such as liver, kidney or bone marrow by ordering blood work, because these carry a significant risk of side effects if left un-monitored; and some medications require annual eye exam.

Please contact us about 2 weeks before you run out the medication, so there are no interruptions to your regimen.
