Cancellation Policy

Patients can be self-referred according to their insurance or referred by their primary care physician or by other specialties. To make an appointment, please call the office at (703) 492-6660 or use the patient’s portal. By registering with the patient portal, you can request a medication refill and lab or imaging report or request a new appointment. We recommend that you call your insurance at least 24 hours before the day of your visit to make sure there have been no changes in your coverage. It is also recommended to find out if our office is considered “in network” or “out of network” by your insurance. “Out of network” may imply that your insurance does not cover your office visit in nonurgent cases and that you are financially responsible for the out-of-network expenses.

In the event that you need to change or cancel your upcoming appointment, please provide 48 hours notice; this will allow us to accommodate other patients who need to be evaluated in the clinic. Cancellations without at least 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
